Hospice Registered Nurse, Case Manager, Life Fulfiller

St. George, UT, USA — Full-time, Part-time, PRN

We are expanding our team as the only expansive Palliative Care Provider in Southern Utah. If you are an experienced RN who is competent, compassionate, reliable, and self-motivated, you deserve to enjoy your job and manage your own schedule.

Requirements: Valid RN license, reliable transportation, a desire to do great things, a love for hospice patients, and a commitment to improving hospice care.

Hospice Aide with a Happy Life

We provide care in both Washington and Iron County and are growing our team of CNAs, aides, and other non-clinical staff.

A part-time, paid (or volunteer, by choice) position for a compassionate listener who can support patients and families through the end-of-life journey without imposing their own beliefs.

Requirements: Formal chaplaincy training or religious leadership experience.

Hospice Specialist Nurse

As a critical link in the continuum of patient care, you’ll investigate and assess patient conditions and report to the IDG team (Medical Directors, Director of Nursing, Administrator, and other disciplines) to create a coordinated care plan.

Requirements: Current RN license in Utah, reliable transportation.
