I can not express our families gratitude enough. Our mom was only with you for two days but she was treated with the upmost care. The love and concern we felt for her and for our family was appreciated. Sue was so gentle and kind. She honored and respected our mom and us her family. Thank you. You made the most difficult time in life as gentle as possible. We will forever be grateful for Pathway Hospice and Palliative Care.

Pathway is simply amazing. Kaylie is running such a top-notch Hospice & Palliative care organization. We worked with them for about 2 years. My mother passed in Dec 2025 and Pathway was there for all of it. Near the end Nurse Sue was with her around the clock easing her pain and lovingly guiding her home. I am so grateful to Kaylie, Nurse Sue, Kassi and Macy to name a few. Everyone was so kind with my Mom, she was a lot of work and not always the nicest person to be around. These people have HUGE hearts and just showed her so much patience and love. They always helped us out when we needed advice, contacts, assistance of any kind. They go so far above and beyond. Thank you just doesn’t seem to come close.

What an amazing group! My sweet father was on hospice with Pathway for approximately 5 months last year. Kaylie (sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly) and Nina came out to the house and spoke to my father, mother, and me. They did a great job of listening and providing support. They were always available by phone any time and would come over within a day if we needed to discuss care or had questions. This was a very scary time for the entire family and they were there to hold our hands with each step and give us hugs.
They both have great connections within the community and would steer us in the right direction when we were looking for either outside help or moving my father to a memory care home (which we did not do). They also set up the delivery of all medications which was a HUGE help.
My family and I cannot say enough about the 2 most amazing people we have ever met. Tamsy, RN and Tyler. Tamsy was so extremely professional but also made my siblings and I feel like we had a big sister that was with us the whole time. Her personality along with her kind, caring, loving heart is what makes her an amazing person and nurse. At first she would come over weekly, then daily as dad was near the end. My dad really liked her. She was so gentle and caring with him. She showed us how to tend to him and kept us informed along the way about what to expect each week.
Tyler who is an aide with Pathway is a gentle, caring, helpful, big-hearted, professional man! He would come for a few hours every week and get my dad showered, shaved, dressed, and make him lunch while my mom could get out to the store or take care of errands. While he was there he made sure that my dad had everything he needed, made sure he took his medications, made him do his exercises, took him outside for some sun, or just sit there while dad napped or watched TV. He was always engaging my father with conversation as well and he never was on his phone ignoring my dad. Not only would Tyler provide companionship for my father, but he would always come out and help my mother with taking in groceries. He was always so helpful and cheerful! Everyone that met Tyler just loved him.
So, this is a long review but they deserve it!! My family and I HIGHLY recommend Pathway. Love you guys and thank you soooo much.

So grateful I was connected to Pathways and switched my loved ones care. Wished I would have known and moved services sooner. However they were completely there with us in the unexpected quick decline of my sister. Made it as pleasant as possible experience for us and were very supportive of our family after her passing. They offer services that cover the client as well as supporting the spouse and family in cares. Of the many agencies we have worked with in St George area, Pathways is in a league of their own. They are raising the level of care in the Hospice and Palliative care industry.

They took care of my grandmother and gave the best care. She lived 9 months longer than the doctors expected. She got 2 massages a week and the aid and nurse came every week too. They were amazing and loving. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best care of their love one.

I do contacted work for this company and have been incredibly impressed with their level of care and attention to detail for each of their clients. I didn’t know palliative hospice care was a thing until I met them- I hope all people who are in a hospice situation or are caring for someone in or entering into a hospice situation finds them and knows the palliative care difference from just normal hospice companies. Being apart of the care for their clients has been an awesome experience- I’ve made new friends and learned so much from these clients life’s and perspectives. People have so much to give and receive, clear up to their last breathe , I hope everyone gets the best support out there.

I am so much more hopeful after a 2 hour meeting with Pathways than I’ve ever considered possible. They offer support and guidance about benefits available to families and help them plan together how they want to *live*. Having worked with other companies (that were fabulous) and seeing the amount of cares Pathway Provides their patients really sets a high standard for hospice care in this community. They are truly providing palliative cares above and beyond what anyone would expect or receive elsewhere. Their nurses and CNAs are top of the line and give with their whole heart.

Pathway Hospice and Palliative Care has THE BEST program in Southern Utah! The owner’s came to meet our family on a Saturday evening because that was when we could be in town. They were so loving and compassionate, we felt like we had known them for years. I couldn’t imagine how I was going to deal with this, living so far away but, they keep us informed, they have kept every one of their promises, the nurses are amazing and so Tender with our Mom. There was no better choice. We are so glad we found Pathway.

My experience with Pathway was a blessing. It was a Sunday morning (5:30 AM), I was alone, my husband was very ill, and I needed help. I found Pathway on internet, they were opened 24 hours, called them, asked for help, and at 8:00 AM, 3 people arrived at my door and started to take care of my sweet husband. The care they gave him and comfort they gave me and my son, who arrived from Florida was truly a blessing. My husband passed away on the Tuesday following the Sunday I called Pathway. Pathway Hospice and Palliative Care is family owned and fully accredited. Not all hospice companies can say that. What makes PHPC special is their customized attention to each individual’s needs and desires. They are so great in the way they are sincerely concerned about their patients. It’s not all about the money, it’s about their desire to help families build lasting beautiful memories together. I don’t have words to express how great they are. You must call to find out for yourself. I’m so glad they are here for all of us.

When my father received his end of life diagnosis and it was suggested that we should consider hospice, were so lucky to have Ashley assigned to be the nurse for my dad.Ashley was such a treasure for our whole family. My father lived alone in a different state than the rest of the family and it could have been much harder than it was if we didn’t have her caring for him. We knew she was there steadily, really knowing and seeing him, and making sure he was getting the best care possible with a disease that was changing weekly and sometimes daily. She stayed in close contact with us and we never really felt he was alone. She made sure that we were taking advantage of all of the things hospice could offer to so that his comfort and ease of life was the best it could be.Ashley kept herself very educated about new treatments and medications and was able to to give him a much better quality of life. With her help he got 13 more months after that initial diagnosis and those 13 months were a better quality of life we could have possibly anticipated. We were really surprised at how great some of the weeks and months were. Each day was a gift that she helped give us.Somehow this amazing woman was able to be there any time we needed her to be, and she always came with a big smile on her face. My dad really enjoyed her visits and she has become a lifelong friend for all of us.Throughout the whole thing and when the time came that he did pass, Ashely was there helping us in every way and making sure we were also getting the comfort we needed.I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone going through this difficult process, and I’d suggest to hire her as soon as possible. With Ashley caring for your loved one, there will be great comfort and the possibility of many more good days. She is such a gift.
